REBLOG AND THEN CLICK ON THE PICTURE. USE YOUR WEBCAM OR NOT.
This is the most wondrous thing. I have turned off all of my lights and I’m sat under my duvet like a secret pioneer into this fantastic little world that I can’t stop watching.
Genuinely one of the coolest things I’ve come across on here.
Ok this is amazing
I spent like 20 minutes just watching it.

Queenstown
This will most possibly be the longest post I’ve ever written. For sure.
Day 1
Flew down to Queenstown from Auckland on Tuesday July 5th with Jen. First thing I see when I get off the plane is a freaking mountain. The entire town is surrounded by mountains.

Took a bus to our hotel and our bus driver made some jokes about Aussies. That poor Aussie guy on the bus, don’t even know what to say. So when we get off at the bus stop in front of the hotel and see this:

Like holy crap, WE LIVE BY A FREAKING LAKE! But turns out the entire town lives by the lake, so that wasn’t so exciting after we found out. You know, they also didn’t mention that we have to climb up this freaking massive hill to get to our hotel (Goldridge Resort). And we finally reach the top of the hill, you have to walk in another 150 metres carrying your lovely luggage.
After checking in and dropping off our luggage, we decided to head to ‘town’. When our bus came, it was the same Aussie-mocking bus driver that drove us from airport to hotel and was like so wtf.
Made a stop at a chocolate store.

You see what she’s doing there. That’s freaking hot chocolate she’s taking out from a cauldron. I know. A cauldron. So I bought one…. just cause it came out of a cauldron.

Lots of candy from the Remarkable Sweet Shop. What’s funny is that everything in Queenstown is ‘Remarkable this’ and ‘Remarkable that’.

Yea, town is surrounded by water and mountains. You get the point.

Queenstown is so unbelievably small and boring. We went to go watch Cars 2 in a teeny tiny cinema (midgetest cinema I’ve ever seen) just to kill 2 hours because dinner wasn’t until 6pm.
Day 2
Skiing at Coronet Peak. Got on the bus at 8 that morning to get up that mountain. Apparently it was all man-made snow which is crazy imo.

Holy crap, I can now ski noobishly now! It was also snowing that day so around noon it got all white and foggy.

Jen’s paparazzi shot. I was actually picking up my ipod touch that I dropped onto the snow.
When we finally leave at 4pm. We come out and see this:

OMG SO PRETTY! We’re above clouds :D
Quiet day from then onwards. Jen was sick and tired and flew back up to Auckland the next morning.
Skiing, would definitely do it again. Queenstown, I don’t think I want to go back there. It’s a hole of boredom surrounded by water and mountains.
morning in movenpick
June 30th 2011. Movenpick at Newmarket.

maple walnut ice cream

mochaccino (movenpick mochaccinos stongly not recommended)

cake from a store with some fancy french name.
幸せ~★
Finally free from exams and currently on a one month holiday. Which is awesome since I finally get to sleep and rest and maybe go out and have a freaking life again but bad cause I don’t get to see some people for a long time.
I guess we’re just always endlessly eating food for celebration ha.

Also made a nice stop at Ippondo (my beloved favourite Japanese cosmetic store ♥) Which was indeed a nice stop because I found out apparently all the workers do recognise me because they think I’m Japanese.

Fairy Drops Mascara! Apparently very awesome. Water proof, curling brush and some other dramatic stuff also left a burning hole in my wallet.

And finally, some Fresh Light ash brown hair dye.
So keen to dye my hair (but wth is up with that scary doll face on the cover of the box).
beginning of exams
Screw you chemistry, I have better things to do then remember what reacts to make a alcohol! That means you too double-ketone/aldehyde molecule grrrr
Had to get up at 6 this morning to take the bus at 7 to go to uni. East Auckland needs faster buses to get to uni omg. One hour bus rides everyday woohoo

how it looked like at 7am when I was walking to the bus stop this morning

and on the way back home at 5pm
On the one hour bus ride to uni I see the sunrise, and on the one hour bus ride back, I see the sunset.
